Dripping Springs Vodka

Dripping Springs Vodka doesn’t have too much of a nose, but has a fairly heavy mouth feel, and feels viscous and almost oily. The taste is rather smooth, with some slight bitter aftertaste, but more pronounced tastes of salt and sweet. The former is probably because of the minerals in the water of the Texas hill country, and the latter from the fact it’s made from corn, like Tito’s (the only other Texas vodka I know). Quite reasonable to sip on its own, even warm.
