Tales of the Cocktail July 21-25 in New Orleans

This year’s Tales of the Cocktail, the festival of cocktails, cuisine and culture held annually in New Orleans, is scheduled for July 21-25. The event brings together award-winning mixologists, authors, bartenders, chefs and designers—for a five-day celebration of the history and artistry of making drinks.
What could be better? How about more than 125 different spirited series of dinners, demos, tastings, competitions, seminars, book signings, tours and parties all perfectly paired with some of the best cocktails ever made. New events include a One Night Stand theme party, Bar Room Brawl Bartender Competition, USBG Margarita Competition, Spirited lunches on Cognac and Eco-Celebrations and the 4th Annual Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards recognize the best in the industry. Dinner pairings, cocktail parties, tastings and hands on workshops and demonstrations fill the schedule.
Whew. As if drinking in New Orleans wasn’t already exciting enough!
